Terms and Conditions

• 1st Stop School of Motoring acts on behalf of self employed driving instructors
• 1st Stop School of Motoring cannot take responsibility for monies paid in advance to instructors for lessons
• Half price first lesson is open to complete beginners and those who have not previously taken lessons with 1st Stop
• It is the pupil’s responsibility to contact the driving instructor if for any reason they are unable to keep an appointment. Reasonable notice should be given to enable the instructor to rearrange bookings
• The availability of the instructor’s car for your test is:
  – At the discretion of your instructor
  – Provided all lesson fees are paid up to date
• Any complaint must be reported to 1st Stop School of Motoring immediately. 1st Stop will deal with any complaints promptly and without prejudice
• Any lessons cancelled or postponed must be paid for unless 48 hours notice is given
• In the event of your instructor cancelling or postponing your lesson without 48 hours notice, your following lesson will be free of charge
• All lessons must be accurately entered onto the appointment card and once full, please forward to 1st Stop School of Motoring
• It is the aim of 1st Stop School of Motoring to be the best possible driving school. If you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our services please let us know.

Assessment Lesson

Half price first lesson only applies to new drivers.

Gift Vouchers

Any gift voucher purchased must be used within 6 months from the start date that appears on the voucher. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and have no monetary value. We will allow a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase where the voucher may be returned for a full refund.

Lesson Cancellation

48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or re-schedule a lesson. This will enable the instructor to fill the vacant space. Failure to give notice may result in you being charged for the lessons cancelled. This is at the discretion of the instructor.
